We are embracing the beauty of winter and would love you to join us as we take a trip up to Buxton to see Adrian Utter and his highly sought-after French Perigord black truffles grown on his boutique family farm.
We will learn about truffle cultivation, watch truffle-hunting dogs at work, and see how truffles are washed and graded. Then we will head back to TarraWarra Estate where Daniel Snooks, our Head Chef will prepare for you this 3-course menu featuring the Buxton Black Truffles that we find. These truffles are highly sought after by chefs and providores around Victoria, for their complex and intense aromas.
