To launch the 2025 Vintage of our Single Vineyard wines. We would like to invite you to Gembrook, the home of Swallowfield Vineyard.
We'll be taking a walk amongst the vines, tasting the wines and enjoying some fine food prepared in the open by Daniel Snooks, Head Chef at TarraWarra Estate Restaurant. We will learn about truffle cultivation, watch truffle-hunting dogs at work, and see how truffles are washed and graded. This special event is limited to 20 people, so be quick to rsvp.
