Vintage Notes
2016 vintage started off warm in December, followed by a mild January. The fruit for this wine is picked early to retain natural acidity and elegant flavour, seasonal conditions ensured fruit in perfect health with optimum balance.
Site Selection
North facing vineyard, good air flow and exposure to sunlight. Steep slopes and a clay loam soil provide excellent site drainage.
