An intimate vegan dining series in the heart of the Yarra Valley
Kick off the long weekend in style on Friday the 6th of March at the next instalment of The Circle Series Dinners.
Hosted by TarraWarra Estate Head Chef Mark Ebbels, the dinners are inspired by Mark’s commitment to sustainability and the natural environment, together firing his passion for vegan food. Paired with his creativity and technical skills these dinners are his opportunity to experiment and showcase his depth of knowledge.
The menu will draw heavily on the winery’s quarter-acre kitchen garden with an intricately prepared five-course menu featuring seasonally-driven and local plant-based dishes that will surprise and delight the senses.
Each course will be matched with one of TarraWarra Estate’s award winning wines, all of which are also vegan.
The first dinner sold out quickly with guest enjoying dishes such as:
Mushroom parfait / idli / shallot / cherry
Tomatoes / macadamia fetta / nutmeg / pistachio
