The Essence of Southern China - 10 March 2012
For the Festival’s 20th year, chef Anthony Lui will be joined by TarraWarra winemaker Clare Halloran, to create an explosion of rare flavours showcasing the essence of classical Cantonese cooking.
A fabulous classic Cantonese luncheon featuring the finest ingredients available. Dishes will include the famous suckling pig, duck wontons in a refined duck stock sauce and pearl meat from Broome, accompanied by a careful selection of chardonnay, merlot, shiraz and pinot noir from Yarra Valley producer TarraWarra.
