The 2006 Pinot
Noir is very youthful
but is great early
drinking because of
the vibrant fruit –
our recommendation
is to splash it around
in a decanter and let
it see a fair bit of air
before enjoying it.
And yes, for those
with patience this is a
keeper and cellaring is recommended.
