This pack includes the 2019 Pinot Noir Rosé and 2010 Sparkling Blanc de Blanc in a wooden box, if you would like a different combination just buy your wine online and add the wooden box to your order!

2019 Pinot Noir Rose

We are extremely happy with the elegance in the 2019, the wine shows classic lifted strawberry Pinot Noir aromas. It is a dry, yet succulent wine with fresh acidity and fine texture. A lovely aperitif enjoyed on its own or with lighter foods such as antipasto, pâté or fresh summer seafood.

2010 Sparkling Blanc de Blanc

This Sparkling is made from a single  block at TarraWarra, hand-picked, whole bunch pressed, with a long, cool tank ferment. Racked to older puncheons for 6 months ageing, then tiraged to bottle for secondary fermentation.

The wine has spent 6 years on lees in bottle before disgorging in March 2016.

A toasty bread aroma, the palate is very fine with a lovely creaminess. The line of acid gives way to a wonderful persistence of flavour and excellent potential for long term cellaring.
