This year our Secrets of the cellar lunch is going Italian.

We are so excited to be joined by Michael Trembath from Trembath and Taylor for an insight into Italian wine. Michael has been importing Italian wine into Australia since 1994, and together with his business partner Matt, they are Australia’s foremost experts on Italian wine. He will be sharing his knowledge and wines from Trembath and Taylor alongside our 2015 Nebbiolo and 2016 Barbera.

Our new head chef Mark Ebbels will prepare a five course menu with a nod to Italy to soak up the wine. Mark returned from 7 years
cooking overseas last year, most recently in Singapore where he gained a Michelin star at The Kitchen Bacchanalia, and prior to that as an
developmental chef in Heston Blumethal’s experimental kitchen.

We love that he is originally from Healesville, and has returned to share his stunning food with us.
