Share in this years harvest from the TarraWarra Estate paddocks, orchards and kitchen garden when we serve up an unforgettable feast featuring food and wine grown and crafted by the people of TarraWarra Estate.
Over dinner hear from our chefs, Robin Sutcliffe and Kevin Henderson, on the joy of creating dishes from the freshest Estate grown and farmed produce and locally sourced ingredients. Winemaker Clare Halloran will also share with you the challenges of crafting the TarraWarra Estate wines grown, harvested and made on the same soils.
This story of our produce, its origin and journey to the table will play itself out in the magnificent WineBar restaurant and will be a highlight of the 2010 Melbourne Food and Wine Festival.

In celebration of Put Victoria on Your Table, Victoria’s renowned wine regions will host a weekend of vinous activity in winery restaurants, cafes and cellar doors. Descending on our regions to add to the celebration will be a line-up of Victoria’s best known sommeliers and wine writers who will collaborate with a selection of wineries to produce a series of lunches, dinners and cellar door activity.
At TarraWarra Estate we've decided to celebrate Wine Weekend by hosting a very special wine tasting and a 'Burgundy Sunday' lunch. Settle in for a day of beautiful wines and delicious food, and don't forget to keep some time free to visit the magnificent TarraWarra Museum of Art, adjacent to our restaurant.
Luke Mangan Wine Tasting
Luke Mangan – one of Australia’s leading chefs, as well as media personality and author, will showcase his Luke Mangan Selection wines, a hand-picked range of wines from leading Australian producers and available in Sydney’s Glass Brasserie, South in San Francisco and in Luke’s Japanese venture, Salt. This is a great opportunity for the foodies among you to meet Luke as well as getting some tasting tips from Cutler & Co's Sommelier, Sally Humble.

Burgundy Sunday Feast!
Settle in for the afternoon and enjoy a four course degustation menu chosen by leading chef Luke Mangan and matched by our guest sommelier, Sally Humble of Cutler & Co, to TarraWarra Estate wines and selected Burgundies. Sally will be on hand to assist with wine selection.

TarraWarra Estate is thrilled to join forces with Luke Mangan, one of Australia’s premier chefs for a unique one-off dinner of fine food and exclusive wines.
Good food, fine wine and great architecture; what better way to satisfy all the senses? On this very special evening all three come together with dishes specially created by Luke Mangan to compliment the flavours of the estate’s award-winning wines.
Guests will enjoy both a visual and sensory feast, starting with canapés and pre-dinner drinks served among the stone pillars that grace the Allan Powell designed courtyard, before moving to the WineBar for dinner.
Winemaker Clare Halloran will be on hand to offer advice on the wines and Luke Mangan too will
add personal touch to the evening.

Join winemaker Clare Halloran for a fabulous wine dinner hosted by Le Gourmet Restaurant in East Melbourne.
Run by an award winning team, Le Gourmet is one of Melbourne's favourite restaurants. Fine French and Austrian cuisine served in an elegant but relaxed European style, with service and detail that is second to none.
It has been a winner of twenty-three awards in the 'Age Good Food' Guide and the 'Guide Gault Millau'. The restaurant is housed in an old Victorian mansion. Bright and spacious, it overlooks East Melbourne's Fitzroy Gardens, and is just a few minutes stroll from the heart of the city.

Living up to her reputation as one of Australia's best female Jazz vocalists, Yvette Johansson and her band gave a fantastic performance in the TarraWarra Estate’s WineBar Café to around 40 guests, who had enjoyed dinner prior to the performance before moving in to the intimate WineBar Cafe.
This was the second performance by the quartet, who have become favourites of TarraWarra Estate. The Yvette Johansson Quartet performs regularly at Bennetts Lane, Melbourne's premier Jazz venue.

Melbourne Food & Wine Festival Dinner - Saturday March 14th, 2009.
A wonderful dinner was enjoyed by 50 guests on Saturday March 14th in the WineBar Cafe for a wonderful feast designed by Michael Lambie (of Taxi Dining Room) and our very own Kevin Henderson. Following canapes of parmesan & anchovy cheese straws and salmon & basil tartare on cucumber with our TarraWarra Estate Pinot Noir Rose 2007, guests were treated to a dramatic weather show, when large thunder clouds rolled in accross the Estate very quickly and low to the ground.
