Join Clare Halloran from TarraWarra Estate, Sarah Crowe from Yarra Yering, and Mark Ebbels, Head Chef at TarraWarra for a twilight dinner highlighting the best of our region.

Sarah took over the reigns at Yarra Yering in 2014, and has rapidly built on the already formidable legacy of this iconic winery.

After more than 20 years at TarraWarra Clare has cemented the winery as one of the best destinations in the Yarra Valley.

Mark grew up on a farm in Toolangi, and has travelled the world refining his craft.  He has returned to the Yarra Valley combining his passion and respect for the land with wild creativity in the kitchen.

His seasonal, plant-based menus showcase our kitchen garden and local produce.  Fine dining meets unpredictable inspiration with delicious and beautiful results.

Clare and Sarah will be drawing wines from the cellars at their wineries, while Mark has been busy doing some planting for an autumn menu that will surprise and delight.
